How much does a new video intercom cost in Valencia?
From €190 for a replacement handset inside a flat. A whole-building system is surveyed and quoted per unit in writing, because the price depends far more on the riser cable than on the panel at the street door.
Can you reuse the existing intercom wiring?
Often yes. Two-wire systems will carry video in most blocks, so we test the existing riser before anything is ordered. If it fails, you hear that at the survey rather than halfway through the installation.
Can old persianas be motorised without replacing the blind?
Usually. The motor goes inside the existing roller tube and the strap comes out, provided the shutter and its box are sound. We weigh the blind and size the motor to it instead of fitting one model to everything.
Do you fit safety devices on automated gates?
Always. Photocells and a safety edge are part of the installation rather than an upgrade, and the obstruction test is carried out and written down at handover.
Can I open the gate or answer the door from abroad?
Yes. Door entry can ring your phone and gates can be opened from an app, which is the usual arrangement for owners who are not in Valencia every week.
