Can any ceiling take a fan?
Any ceiling with structure behind it — we anchor into joists or slab with a rated box. Plasterboard on its own cannot hold a spinning fan, and we will say so plainly rather than hang it and hope.
Why does my current fan wobble?
Usually unbalanced blades or a mount that has worked loose, and both are fixable in one visit. If the fan itself is the problem, we tell you honestly that balancing has limits.
Do fans still help if the flat has air conditioning?
They multiply it. Moving air lets you set the AC two or three degrees higher for the same comfort, which is real compressor time saved every day of a Valencia summer.
What does winter mode actually do?
It reverses the rotation at low speed, pushing the warm air trapped at ceiling level gently back down. Under the high ceilings of older Valencia flats it makes a noticeable difference in January.
