Service area · Valencia city
Electrician in Valencia city — every district, one standard.
The core of our service area: from a Ruzafa flat still running two-pin sockets and no earth to an Eixample ático fighting its August air-conditioning load, the same published prices and the same measured test results written down at handover.
In plain terms
A local electrician across all of Valencia's districts.
Most of this city was wired for a household that owned a fridge, a television and not much else. It now runs induction hobs, three split units and a car charger in the garage, on cable sized in 1974. Almost everything we do in Valencia lives in that gap — and we have met your building's wiring generation before.

What we fix and install most in Valencia city.
Flats with no earth conductor
El Carmen and Ruzafa blocks where the sockets have two pins and the bathroom has ambitions — earthing installed, continuity measured and the figure written down.
Fuse-era distribution boards
Ceramic fuse carriers and one lonely differential, replaced by a labelled panel that separates kitchen, bathroom and general circuits. From €340.
Ático air-conditioning loads
Rooftop flats where three split units share a circuit intended for a ceiling lamp — measured, moved onto dedicated lines and tested warm.
Communal stairwells and meter rooms
Dead timers, emergency fittings nobody has tested and a meter cupboard with archaeology in it — sorted with a written report the administrator can file.
Rewiring an occupied flat
Room-by-room programmes with the power back on every evening, and a dated photo record of every chase before the plaster closes. From €2,490.

Questions, answered
Electrical work in Valencia city — asked by neighbours.
My flat is from the seventies and the sockets have two pins. Is that dangerous?
It means there is no earth path, so a fault in a washing machine or a boiler has nowhere safe to go. We measure what is actually there first — insulation resistance, earth continuity, differential trip times — and then tell you whether an earthing and panel upgrade is enough or the installation wants rewiring. The measurements come to you in writing either way.
How quickly can an electrician reach my district?
Valencia city is the fastest part of our routing, and genuine emergencies get same-day priority within working hours. Message the address and the symptom and you get a realistic window back, not an optimistic one.
Can you rewire while we are still living in the flat?
That is the normal case here, not the exception. We work circuit by circuit and room by room, restore power every evening, and photograph every concealed run before the chases are closed, so nothing important is hidden behind plaster without a record.
Everything trips when we run the oven and the air conditioning together.
Usually a loading problem rather than a faulty appliance: one circuit is carrying what two should. We measure the load, check the panel's protection and, if the incoming supply is the real limit, price a power upgrade against the cheaper option of redistributing circuits. You get both figures before anything is ordered.
Do you deal with the building's community about shared circuits?
Yes — stairwell lighting, emergency fittings, meter rooms and garage circuits, with a written report that says plainly which side of the boundary the problem sits on. Administrators tend to appreciate the plain language.
Your district is already on our route.
Send the street, the age of the building and the symptom — you get a confirmed window and the starting price in one written reply.
