Bathroom and kitchen electrics in Valencia — wet rooms wired for the water.

The two rooms with water are the two rooms where the wiring has to be deliberate. From €290 we set out the wet zones, fit IP-rated accessories where they belong, and give the heavy appliances protected circuits while the walls are still open.

In plain terms

What rewiring a bathroom or kitchen costs during a refit.

A bathroom is measured in zones out from the bath edge; a kitchen is measured in kilowatts on the worktop. Both punish improvisation — a socket forty centimetres too close, or an oven and a hob sharing one tired line. The cheapest week to fix either is the week the tiles are off.

Questions, answered

Bathroom and kitchen wiring in Valencia — asked every week.

How much does it cost to rewire a bathroom or kitchen?

From €290 for a straightforward wet-room fit-out, fixed in writing after the layout walk-through. Kitchens with several dedicated appliance lines are priced circuit by circuit, and the figure never changes without your written approval.

Can a socket go inside a bathroom?

Only outside the protected zones around bath and shower, and only with the right IP rating and differential protection behind it. We measure the distances on site and mark what can sit where before anything is chased.

Why should a kitchen have more than one circuit?

Because an oven, an induction hob and a dishwasher each draw enough to trip a shared line on a busy evening. Separating them means a fault stops one appliance instead of the whole flat, and it costs far less while the units are out.

Do the walls have to be opened?

For new routes, usually yes, and only along the chases agreed with you beforehand. Every open route is photographed and dated before it is filled, so the record of what runs where survives the tiling.

How do I know the finished work is safe?

We measure insulation resistance, earth continuity, differential trip times and voltage drop at handover and write the readings down. Every breaker is labelled and the workmanship guarantee is given in writing.

Decide the wiring while the tiles are still off.

Send the layout you have in mind and a photo of the existing board — we will come back with the circuits, the points and one itemised written figure.
